CITIZEN

Many people wonder when they are asked if they are citizens.well,besides from the usual description of citizen,I would add that to be a citizen means putting yourself in other peoples shoes.If you see a disabled person lying hungry on the ground as a passer by would you stop and give him a hand?if you will stop and give him a hand then you are a citizen because you care about the well fare of others and if you pass looking at the person with disabilities and having excuses such as "i am in a hurry for work or for an appointment"then you are not a citizen because you don't care about others.LETS BE POSITIVE ABOUT DISABLED PEOPLE!
