Equal chance

Very many disabled people are not able to take part in different activities because of the conditions they are in although its against their will.Disabled people would also want to have fun just as the other people who are not disabled.The major question is "Should disabled people be given an equal opportunity as the other people who are not disabled?"or should they be treated differently from others because of their disabilities.Many disabled people are usually neglected and avoided and at the same time mistreated by being hidden away or being put into institution.They are horribly treated as out casts by people who are meant to be providing them with care.The people who mistreat disabled people should know that"DISABILITY IS NOT INABILITY!"
